Okay so I tried to wash most of my make up off last night, but some stayed on. Then my mom yelled at me for sleeping in my make up. So anyway I thought at least I got all the mascara off, so pulled my eye lashes and either make up or an eye lash got stuck in my eye, in my top eyelid, and it hurts like c**p! I cant see it and I tried rinsing my eyes but it hurts still. And when I told my mom she just yelled at me cause I slept in my make up, but I TRIED TO WASH IT ALL OFF BUT ALL OF IT WOULDNT COME OFF! GOSH! She is no help when I tell her it hurts she just says "THATS WHAT YOU GET FOR SLEEPING IN YOUR MAKEUP!" GOSH IT hurts please tell me what to do . i already washed it out in a bowl of water and i cant go to the doctor cause we dont have a car and gosshhhhhhh

  1. Flushing the eye repeatedly is about the only thing that will help. By flushing I mean hold your eye open and pour water into it. Keep blinking after flushing your eye. Also try holding your eyelid open while moving your eye around, like looking up, down and around, this should make the lash move. The lash or make up should work its way out eventually. However, if you have done all this and it still hurts, you may have already removed the lash, but scratched or just irritated your eye so you will continue to feel discomfort until it is healed. I hope this helps.

  2. It sounds like we have the same mother.  Tell her to stop yelling and criticizing you for starts and lend a hand..  Do you have any saline contact   lens solution or eye drops so you can irrigate your eye? The more you try to get the eyelash out with your finger the more its going to hurt,  Just ask her tom help and screaming at you is not going to accomplish anything. Best of luck with your eyelash and your mom Also tap water is way too irritating to your eye, so stop using it.

  3. Can you walk to a drug store and get eye drops? They help A LOT.

  4. This will probably sound stupid, but when I got hairspray in my eye [it felt alot like getting mascara in your eye] I forced myself to cry. After that, the pain was gone! Woot!

I hope the pain goes away for you. It's annoying!  :)
