Question:

Pain In The Lower Back Of My head/neck?

On the lower back of my head, almost my neck i keep getting this, not as painful but very annoying, pulling feeling. And also, not being funny, but it feels like my brain is moving out or around or something in that area. It started yesterday, no real pain no swelling no rash nothing but i am concerned.

What is it? Is it because i'm not sleeping right, because i use a regular spring mattress and a large pillow, very fluffy. Sometimes i wake up in the morning and i'm off the pillow. Could that be it? I'm really worried!

  1. Find a massage therapist who does neuromuscular therapy/trigger point therapy. They will really be able to relieve your pain.

  2. Only you really would know your body and know if something really seems wrong with it.  If you are that concerned you need to go to the doctor.

  3. I would try a chiropractor. My sister in Seattle sees Dr Walia. His website is http://www.drjaswalia.com Maybe you could email him with some questions or just get a better idea of what they can do for you. Good luck, I hope it gives you some relief!

  4. You should really look into getting a memory foam pillow. Before you buy, go read some reviews: http://memoryfoamreviews.com/
