Pain In arm After Dog Bite?

Question

Hi I have pain my arm (wrist ) two weeks after being bitten by a dog I had one puncture wound right above my wrist bone and mypinky was badly bruised .I also had several other lacerations and contunsions

The wound was sutured I took antioiotics and had recently had atetanus shot

I cannot understand why it is still hurting so much after two weeks? I didn 't appear to have any joint or ligament damage Thanks for any help Rose

The muscles....They are still sore and recovering
