I have a pain in my left t******e and lower stomach.

I've had it for 3 days

If you wear Y-fronts which aren't slightly loose, or you wear tight/skinny jeans then that could be your problem.

But the fact it's gone on for 3 days means you need to get it checked out.

check ur testicles for lumps in the shower the next time you shower...it could be many things...if u find a lump se a doctor ASAP...but it the pain last longer go to a doctor too...it might not be anything but then again it might be something...

If the pain does not go away soon go see a doctor.

You might have a blocked duct or a twist or something.
