Pain In my legs after Skimboarding?

On weekends I like going skimboarding but after 2 hours of skimboarding my legs hurt really bad and i cant even walk after that. I really like this sport but my legs start to hurt like h**l after for like 3 days. Skimboarding is like skateboarding except u do it on the bach next to the water. You have to run and then jump on the skimboard.

Please someone tell me what should I should before skimboarding so my legs wont hurt?

  1. you should definitely stretch before skimboarding.

    it doesn't seem like such a strenuous sport, but it really is when you skimboard, its often for a while nonstop so your legs could get a real workout. stretch!


  2. make sure you stretch before you do it to prevent pain .. this should help at least a little
