On weekends I like going skimboarding but after 2 hours of skimboarding my legs hurt really bad and i cant even walk after that. I really like this sport but my legs start to hurt like h**l after for like 3 days. Skimboarding is like skateboarding except u do it on the bach next to the water. You have to run and then jump on the skimboard.Please someone tell me what should I should before skimboarding so my legs wont hurt?
