Pain & Swelling on upper leg could this be a blood clot?

It hurts like bad aching feeling, and sumtimes when it does hurt i get a pain in my chest...I'm asking for opinions i know u aren't doctors i don't need a diagnoses thnks in advance!

ok so if you don't need a diagnosis then please tell me why you are asking here and not in an ER to make sure...I mean do you realize that blood clots=death?!.....make sure you move around...staying in one position too long can cause more...and if you are a female on new birth control and smoke...although its rare...blots..lots lead to death...but those chest pains can either mean anxiety due to pain or clots in your lungs....take aspirin...like real aspirin...take someone like St Josephs 81 mg.. but not Tylenol or Aleve...ASPIRIN which can burn your belly... take it with food if y ou are the sensitive type
