i have crhonic back pain

maybe you have a slipped disc which presses on the nerve inside your spine, the pain in your leg sounds like sciatica- the pressed sciatic nerve is causing the pain.

Physiotherapy is the best answer but somebody (a doctor) needs to diagnose what exactly is wrong with your back.

sounds like it may be a pinched nerve
