Question:

Pain from wisdom tooth

The wisdom tooth on the top corner of my mouth had grown straight but in an angle. a few days ago, I had a sore around that area because I think the tooth was cutting the back of my cheek and the area close to my throat ached and I could barely open my mouth. No the pain has gone down and my throat doesn't ache anymore, but the area close to my throat is still swollen and I still can't open my mouth all the way. Should I wait it out?

The swelling is only on one side of the mouth.

  1. You should have it removed. It will only cause you more pain if you keep letting it grow out. Get it taken care of now so it won't give you any more problems later and in the future. And remove the rest of your wisdom teeth while you're at it so you don't have to wait for them to grow out and go through this again.
