I stopped taking BC on 7/19/08 and I noticed soon after that when my bf and I would have s*x, I would get bad pains in my v****a, especially when he would insert it (sorry if TMI) The pain has stopped but I just thought it was weird because I've never experienced this before. Could this pain have any association with being pregnant?

  1. Could it be a yeast infection? You would know this by white chunky discharge. When I get yeast infections I get pain when my husband and I have s*x too. I get really bad cramping pain all around my pelvic region and inside the v****a. I would suggest going to your doctor.

  2. No, I don't think that's a sign of pregnancy.  Maybe you have an infection or something, that cause it to hurt when having s*x.  If it continues, you should call your doctor.

  3. I know that I never had any experiences like that.

I'm not sure what exactly you mean when you say "pain."  Sometimes yeast infections and UTI's can cause discomfort when having s*x.

  4. No, but this is a primary symptom of endometriosis, so you should definitely talk to your doctor about this. Coming off the b/c could certainly be why you're only just starting to feel this. Visit your OBGYN and ask them to check for Endo. Other symptoms include severe period pains and also (TMI warning:) diarrhea during periods.

  5. you should go to the doctors

  6. My suggestion would be to go get checked out. It may be a minor situation or something very serious. But there's nothing worse than not taking action and sitting around later thinking you should have done something about it.

    Good luck!

  7. I don't think this has anything to do with pregnant either, but one of my best friends had this problem a couple of months ago. She has been with the same guy for like 6 years and this had never happened before then all of a sudden it would hurt when they would have s*x. She went to the doctor and had them do a pap smear just in case. They told her that it was infection and had her take some pills. Check with your doctor they should be able to help you. Good Luck with your problem.
