play football. After recovering from a pulled quadricep, I began to run again. I get this pain in the back of my ankle that continues down the the heel of my foot. This is both ankles. My practices are about 2 hours. They really hurt durring stretches and warm-ups (Sprints).
It also hurts when I crouch down, as well as to touch. But towards the end of practice(only somethimes) , about 3/4 into it, the pain gets much more barable, to a point in which I can barely feel it.
Please help!
What is wrong?
How can I fix it?
