Pain in back of neck when i bend over.. sinus infection?

I had a really bad cold last week that left me with serious congestion, lots of nose blowing and popping ears. After the nasal congestion cleared up, my ears had mild pain for about 2 days and than it went away. Now i have noticed that when i bend over or cough or laugh that my head and particularly the back of my neck are hurting pretty bad. its not continual pain but its annoying and its making it hard to pick things up off the floor now. Ive also been experiencing some dizziness so i think i might have fluid in my ears. Could it be a sinus problem from the cold or a nerve thing from blowing my nose too much? any suggestions for treatment? I have some nasacort nasal spray , should i use that? thanks!

  1. I you are experiencing dizziness it isn't a small matter and you should consult your Physician for a proper diagnosis of your present condition . Your symptoms aren't normal other then a sinus infection or a cold , but dizziness is another matter and may be quiet serious . I hope you get well soon . Have a great day
