Pain in chest, collarbone breast area?

Its on the left side of my chest, I'm not worried that its heart related, a few months back I had an EKG and blood work done and it was all ok. Its this sharp, constant pain, and is tender, its from my shoulder down into my collarbone and neck area, and sometimes I get real bad sharp pains in my left breast. I was told I had a cyst in my breast months ago. I don't know if I strained a muscle and just not knew it, or what the deal is.

Contact your DR,  KEEP UP WITH THE CHECK UP ON YOUR CYST. also an EKG done a few weeks ago does not rule out a heart attack,  you ARE describing some atipical simptoms of a heart attack or beginnings of one, please contact your DR.
