I was exercising a week or so ago - jogging, curl ups, weight lifting, etc. - and I hurt my hip somehow. (No idea how.) It's a constant ache in my left hip, not near my hip bone but around the side of my hip.. it's painful to put pressure on it/take pressure off it (when walking) and to turn certain ways. I know you can't diagnose me over the internet, don't bother replying if that's all you have to say. =P I'm just looking for some advice/possible explanations. I've had the ache for about a week, sometimes it goes away for a while/gets fainter, but it seems to hurt more in the evening/when it rains. :/ I can't run, and I'm starting school in a few days.. I want to be able to walk to my classes! Help, please? Suggestions on what I can do to fix it? D: (Yes, I know I have to go visit my doctor.)
