Pain in kidneys after taking naproxyn?

I took 2 pills of naproxyn 500 mg for pain in knees and after that it started paining in my kidneys and some stiffness in throat ......is this a side effect of naproxyn......

It's not a side effect of naproxen - but if you're feeling a tightening in your throat then that sounds like an allergic reaction, you should tell your doctor about it before taking it again!
