Pain in left ovary on the days I get egg white fertile mucus?

Anyone else have it for that long? It hurts when I wee mostly, it's right in the ovary area.

I know sometimes people get pain when they ovulate but is it a sign of something like cysts if it happens on the build up to ovulation?

Do you mean when you pee. You could be ovulating ,at  the same time an infection could be present. Talk to your doctor.
