Pain in lower abdomen...feminine problem?

I have recently gotten of birth control...only off for 1 month. The last week or so, I've had this uncomfortable feeling in my lower abdomen, and I am not sure if it's due to going off the pill. I'm not completely constipated, but have not been having the same BM's since going off the pill. Has anyone ever had a change in BM's by going off the pill? I've been drinking a lot of water...but it's not helping.

I'm not sure what exactly it is. But if it doesnt have to do with birth control if could be a cyst. Those are very painful when they burst. I think you should talk to a doctor.
