This is what my boyfriends symptoms are. Does that sound like Kidney stones? I have read about them on line and the only difference is that my boyfriend is not having pain in his groin/testicles.

  1. see a doctor

  2. I had to go to the ER about a month ago for a sharp pain that radiated from the center of my stomach to my spine in the lower portion. It was an unbearable pain, the worst I'd ever had...couldn't sit, stand, walk, there was no relief and no comfort and then it'd just stop and I'd be fine for 8-10 hours and it'd go again for another 30 min - 2 hours and stop... it was kidney stones.

They say kidney stones is the worst pain you can ever imagine. He'll only have pain in his groin area when the stone gets down that far. They told me that you only feel pain when they are moving. If it's a constant, never ending pain, lasting more than an hour, I doubt it's stones and he needs to go to the doctor.

  3. sounds like it. Does he drink lots of water or cranberry juice? if he doesnt better see a dr. soon.
