im 14 about 6`1 and weigh about 200 lbs this wendesday when i was doing speed drills in muscle traning at teh school we were doing take offs wich is just practicing oure takeoff position my lower back started to hurt with a step of my right or left leg though when i walked i was fine but when i started to run or ran it hurt could it be my shoes?? im wearing pretty good running shoes but iv worn em for a while so there pretty worn out whats the deal?? y is this happening and how can i prevent it??
