Pain in lower left side?

so i have this pain, its not pain pain just uncomfortable crampy feeling on my left side, low down, and it kinda goes to my back and then everyonce and a while its gets really painful for like 30 seconds and goes away. im thinking that might not be right, any ideas?

sometimes when you are near your period 3 or 4 days before some laddies have cramps.If it is not you case maybe your Ovary is Inflamed.Also 13-15 days before your period Ovulation occurred and it cause some pain in the ovaries  too.Take some Ibuprofen.It will help you.

Drink lots of water and cranberry juice and go get checked for a kidney stone.. Do you eat lots of greasy or fried foods and sodas? If so then its a good chance.

Maybe you're ovulating.
