Question:

Pain in my Wrist, on left side where wrist bends?

I am getting a pain in the left hand side of my left wrist (outermost part) and it feels like tendons or something and it is a stabbing pain.

It also pops when I move my hand downward. Every time. It does not do this on the other wrist.

I checked carpal tunnel and other tendinitis related things and found nothing.

Help? What should I do. I don't want to go to the doctor I have no health insurance.

Too much keyboard use? Maybe improper?
