Pain in my back, does anyone know what this could be?

I've been having a little bit of pain in my chest and in my back the past two days. The pain is between my shoulders, and down a little from that area. It's not a bad pain, but I have anxiety so I always over think. I have GERD so I know I sometimes feel symptoms from that. Does anyone know what this could be? I had also went to the doctor a few weeks ago so I had been checked out.

Could be an inflammation of the sac surrounding the lungs.  I think it is called pleurisy.  

I had this condition several times as a child ... it does cause a pain in the back as well as the chest.

maybe change the sleeping positions but get checked by the doctor as well
