for about 3-4 months i have had this pain in my bum which gets worse when i run or play football. i have seen a physiotherapist and he couldn't find any major problems he just thinks i should stretch my hamstrings as they are short. does anyone have any other advice? it hurst most when i exercise, but sometimes just general bending or getting up to a standing position from sitting cause a slight sharp pain that last about a second. the pain is in my bum and it feels muscular
