Pain in my cheast ??

i have a pain in my cheast next to my heart and it comes and goes away it then suddenley went tight and sore what is this

you might have heart burn, try takeing an over the counter drug such as gaviscon or pepcid.

I  had the same thing, go to the doctor. For me the made me go to this heart doctor ( i cant remember that well what happened cause i was young when it happened)

Ok, sounds sounds like chest wall pain. Which is a muscle problem. If the pain come and go, its usually due to stress, strain, too much activity. Take an anti-inflammatory--Motrin. If the heart pain is more centered to the left side and radiate to your arms, jaw, back, shoulder blades, then that can be an indicator of a possible heart attack. Shortness of breath can be accompanied, but it depends on the person. If the symptoms of a heart attack is present, take an aspirin and call 911. But it sounds like chest wall pain.

what u eat your food does not digest or may be have heart burn problem so take gaviscon,pepsit bismole,tums and also walk after eating food really help don,t go to bed after eating food right way.if still does not work then see doctor same problem i have but i take gaviscon and i am ok from heart burn
