Pain in my ear , face and neck...?

My ear started hurting about 3 days ago went to the doctors yesterday and nurse gave me some ear drops, she said i had a cut inside my ear that had got infected, she also mentioned that this time today the pain wud not be as bad... and as a matter of fact the pain has got a lot worse. no pain killers are working i have been takin 2 ibuprofen with 2 paracetomol which did not work, today i took 2 cocodomols and they did not work. The pain has spead down the side of my face and my neck has gone stiff, and feel really weak..

Can anyone give me some advice??

I think you have been mis diagnosed and need to go to the doctor or the ER today.  If there is infection getting worse, then there is more wrong that what you were told.  Don't just sit there, get up and go.

Sounds like a tooth infection.If it is sore under the jaw bone that is probably what it is.You may need antibiotics.See a Doctor now,it could be serious.
