Pain in my left arm starting at my shoulder and ending at my wrist....?

for a few months already ive been having really ugly pains in my left arm......im 16, im not over weight, and i dont have any heart problems. what can this be?!?!?!?!

A pinched or irritated nerve (an example only) can sometimes cause this.  Sleeping in the same position for a long time can also be a cause for this (another example only).

I would recommend letting your mom know what's going on so that she can help you keep an eye on the situation and also your doctor so that they can examine this further to see what they think could be going on.
