  1. No Pain, No Gain!!!

  2. it sounds like it is natural pain from straining your muscles after not working out for a long while.

if i work out and i haven't in a while my legs feel like jello...and walking down the stairs is a little weird.

it doesn't sound like you pulled anything..you wouldn't really be able to tolerate the pain of stretching if it was pulled or severly injured.

just keep working out..... lighten up your routine this week until you are not in pain and then add on.

sounds like you started out w too much...

no biggie..the pain for me usually goes away after the thurd work-out.

take an alieve for pain if you want.

    good luck

    all the best :)

  3. That's normal.  When you workout what you are doing is essentially tearing up your muscles so they can rebuild and repair them into stronger, bigger muscles.  Try icing after you workout and be sure to do a cool down after an intense workout.  What is causing some of the pain is a build up of lactic acid in your muscles. A cool down helps get the lactic acid to flow out of your muscles.  Stretching is good, keep that up.  The pain will go away after a couple of days or until you get into beter shape!

  4. I had something just like that a away ago..same thing basically best thing to do is just rest hang around you bed and just take it easy. If it keeps up and don't seem to get any better go see a doc. But take some pain killers and chill out

  5. eat bananas

  6. well duhh, u said u haven't workout for awhile so ur legs aren't use to it yet :))

  7. it is normal to hurt after you exercise if you have'nt done anything in a while. when i first started doing squats in physical therapy my legs were hurting so bad that it actually hurt to sit down. it went away after a couple of days though. just let your muscles rest for a couple of days before you do any more exercise.
