Pain in my right elbow?

I think i may have slightly injured my right elbow, or pulled something.

It's whenever i go to workout, and i do exercises that involve the triceps, such as bench presses, or military presses.

It's only on the right elbow, and it feels like when you pop your knuckles but it hurts a little, not so bad that i cringe in pain, but i notice it and question wheather i should keep working out.

  1. This pain could be as a result of something like tennis elbow (an example only).  Tennis elbow is as a result of repetitive motion such as the exercises you did.  It got its name because of tennis players who have a similar problem.

    And sometimes the pain can radiate to the bones and joint area of the arm.

    I would recommend seeing your doctor for further evaluation of the situation to see what they say.
