I think i may have slightly injured my right elbow, or pulled something.
It's whenever i go to workout, and i do exercises that involve the triceps, such as bench presses, or military presses.
It's only on the right elbow, and it feels like when you pop your knuckles but it hurts a little, not so bad that i cringe in pain, but i notice it and question wheather i should keep working out.
