Pain in right side-ouch!?

Question

I have been having bad pain in my right side off and on for about a month. It will come out of nowhere and it feels like something inside swells up and then it feels like that ''something'' is being squeezed, it almost makes me sick, and it really hurts if i push on that side also. So i have no idea what is wrong and i have no health insurance so i was wondering if anyone had any similar symptoms before or knows anything. Thank you.

Your gullbladder is on your right side. Pay attention to the types of food you have eaten before the painful attack comes. Fatty foods and spicy foods are the 2 main ones to cause gullbladder attacks. To tell if it is your gullbladder you would need an ultrasound.

Well ot could be your appendix or your ovaries or it could be your stomach may be senstive to gulcose. You should get checked if it gets any worse.
