Pain in the Center of chest when I bend back.. ?

Question

Whenever I bend back, there is a pain/tight feeling in the center of the area below my b*****s. There is no pain when Im just sitting/standing normally or laying down, though.

What could be the cause of this ?

if you eat allot of buttery, salty, or spicy foods this might be the problem or go to the doctors and ask them to check it out with an x-ray
