Pain in the shoulder blade....pinching pain?

Question

I have this wierd pinching pain on my left shoulder blade on the bottom right side of it and on my side.......?t flares up when I jump and put my hands up in the air.

It tenses up so bad i can barley move that side or take a deep breath.

it gos down to the top of my side by the ribs

PLZ HELP ITS ANNOYING

I  can't understand why i would suggest that you see your physician , he si more able to get a prognosis . Good luck and have  a great day .
