Pain on bottom of foot?><?

I was just sitting and then I felt a sharp pain from the bottom of my foot near the heel it's not the hard part but really close by there. It was throbbing like for 2 mins and now it's just warm on the area..maybe because I was rubbing it..>< it hurt what was that? It was only my right foot, I put most pressure on this foot.

You probably pulled your muscle in your foot.  I do this whenever I do any stretches on my big ball, leaning back too hard and pulling everything!

I believe it&#039;s called plantar fasciitis.

Good luck, mine goes away after a day or two.  And I don&#039;t get it again until i try some more crazy stretches.
