Pain on right side? too young for this?!

HELP!!what is this pain in my right side?

when i release gas it feels a little bit better but when i wake up from a nap or sleeping its hurts so bad especially when i lie down.what could this pain be? it kinda comes and goes and is mind blowing it hurts so bad and im only 13!! it isnt pre period cramps. my mother has IBS and i guess i kinda do too. im not contipated and when i pee it hurts there too. im not goin to the doc for it.

Your description is kind of general.  It could be gall bladder, appendicitis, or ovarian cysts, but I need more info...Is it high or low, more front than back, stabbing, burning etc.

I believe your appendix is on the right side of your body down low on your stomach.  If the pain continues like this you may HAVE to see a doctor.  It could potentially be something serious if not treated.  Talk to your mom about it and see what she says.  Isn't that what parents are for?

it could be a few things like a UTI or maybe chronic appendicitis, pain in the abdomen especially on the right side shouldn't be ignored, please go see a doc because this could be nothing serious or it could be potentially life threatning, but signs to watch out for are, vomiting, fever, excessive diahrrea, not able to pass gass and severe pain/tenderness on the right side, if you have these please go to the E.R. these are symptoms of appendicitis
