Pain on the right side of my lower stomach?

Question

today Ive had a bad pain coming from the right side of my lower stomach and I went to the toilet to pee and straight afterwards it felt like it moved and started hurting really bad what could this be?

Also Ive been feeling sick and really hot my forehead also feels really hot oh and ive been feeling xtra tired today

You could have appendicitis or possibly septicemia.  Both are deadly.  You need medical help immediately.

this probably comes from pressure hitting against something at work or more like maybe a bad mattress or hard mattress.

maybe it's better that you consult a doctor about it because i can imagine from your words that you've been feeling lots of pain right now. go to the doctor, now.

It depends on how far along you are and if anything else accompanies it. My fiancee is 14 weeks pregnant and she is constantly getting pains in that area. It is normal pains.

   You do have to be careful that you are not getting painful cramps or excessive spotting along with these pains. That would be cause for concern.

   Other than that, I wouldn't worry. But dont hestitate to call your doctor or midwife about concerns like this.
