I've been trying to use tampons for the past 5 months. The pain is unbearable everytime. I have a burning pain more on the leftside inside my v****a. I end up having to remove the tampon. I've tried all brands and sizes. Nothing works. any ideas?

  1. Just try using pads, maybe tampons just arent for you ! :)

  2. Perhaps you are putting it in wrong? The first few times I used them I put them in wrong and couldn't stand the pain for more than 5 min. Make sure you read the directions. Pointing it towards your lower back as you insert it rather than straight up. If it is still painful I would stick to pads and consult a doctor. Some people just never get comfortable with tampons. Good luck

  3. You need to relax and push the applicator all the way up inside of you before you release the tampon.

  4. dont use themmmmmm!

  5. av u tried putting it in on a heavy flow?

  6. i would suggest you change it to pad, for a while and then get back to normal

  7. maybe your putting it in wrong? the trick is to use the pointer finger and the thumb.. well thats what my sister is. i myself have never ued a tampon .  only pads =0 some of my friends do but im kinda scared it will hurt. they say if it hurts you probably are putting it in wrong. or you may have scrached yourself inside your  v****a  (ouch!) stick with pads for now

  8. My suggestion is just to avoid tampons. If they're causing you pain then I would just use pads until you can get to your doctor or gynocologist and ask them what the problem could be.

If for some reason you're not able to use tampons, it's okay b/c pads are much safer and can't cause toxic shock syndrome.

  9. maybe it is an allergic reaction. you should talk to your doctor.
