Painful piercing pains in my ovary area!?

Okay, so I've been having these really painful piercing pains in my ovary area.

I was in the hospital last year cause of cists on my ovaries.

I was wondering if you had ANY idea what is going on this time?

Probably cysts again.  Go to the doctor and get an ultrasound just to make sure.

u could be ovulating.  take some ibuprofen, and use a heating pad.  it will make all the difference in the world!

How long for?

The cysts may have grown back.
