Question:

Painless Dentistry???????????

Hello! I was just wondering. I am going to have to go have a tooth pulled in the next month, and I am deathly afraid of dentists. I found a dentist , that does "painless dentistry" they give you a special sort of sleeping pill, and then do the work after you fall asleep.

Has anyone tried this?

Does it work?

  1. Yes,  it does work.    You will simply take a pill,  and in a little bit you are asleep.   You won't remember anything about the appt.  and the dentist should give you some pain pills to help you feel better after you are home.

Just plan on letting your family pamper you,  eat soft foods,  and take the medicine your dentist gives you.

The sleeping pill is great,  you will probably like it so much you will want all your dentistry done this way.

  2. I've never tried it but all I know is, it doesn't hurt obviously because you are asleep and the medicine takes the pain out anyway.

But when you wake up it is probably going to hurt a lot so take medicine and don't be afraid.

    LIFE TAKES RISK :)
