Pains in my lower left abdomen ? XD?

everytime i walk , cough , nd twist i feel a mild pain in my lower left abdomen. ive been doing ab excercises but i started like 5 months ago so i dont think its that but idk who knows. im male nd im 13 . what could this be ?

There are several possibilities such as muscle strain when twisting depending on the type of exercise (an example only).  How you get up out of a chair or move in general could cause this too (another example only).

I would recommend letting your parents know what's going on as well to have them help you keep an eye on the situation.
