Use your favorite color. Any color should work with the glow in the dark writing. It just depends on what you like. It's your room make it your very own style. Hope this helps. Great idea by the way.

Black and blue or purple.

I would def. go with a nice grape purple....or even a creamy purple....I saw once on hgtv ....they took fine sparkles and mixed it with elmers glue did a top layer over the dried paint. It looked so cool, nothing (gaudy) like I thought it would..try looking it up that would really make your lettering pop and the black like would illuminate the sparkles up like stars in the night!

Oh if you don't like purple even though....I don't think it's that girly cause I like it and hate the girly stuff.....try a natural, for me personally that would be the green of my choice :)
