Paint For A Boat?

My friend and I have a rowing boat that could do with a bit of paint. We are looking for a paint that wont scratch that easy and is ok on a boat the boat is not in the water for long 3 hours max so antifoul is not needed but we are looking for something cheap.Any sugestions?

Good paint for plastic wont be cheap...what you need is a special-tie paint.. likely an e-poxy base...like Imron
