Paint Shop Pro XI Help?

Question

I'm trying to edit a photo by putting another picture of a face on to the face of the main picture. So it will look funny. How do I make a picture go over a picture and then save it?

Corel Paint Shop Pro Photo ,

open background image,

then open face image, select item with lasso tool, copy, then paste over other image on new layer, within new layer you can adjust color, size, and placement, save as psp and save copy as jpg,
