yes its called GIMP

its closer to photoshop than pain shop

but then i find photoshop better than paint shop so lol

either way it is great at what it does and can easily replace photoshop or paint shop.

Best of all there are protable versions ( google gimp portable)

so you can take it along on a usb and use it on any windows based computer with out any problems :] or installing needed :]]
