Paint ball?

Ok so look this guy invited me to his B day. He is my friend and he invited me and two other guys to go to paint ball fighting. And well ive never been paint ball fight thing, and they all did. But what am i supposed to do hold the paint gun and what who should i shoot at what should I wear, what happens if I get shot? Help please give me instructions! help

Now listen. You hold a paintball gun close to the body, usually because people are (in vain) trying to make themselves smaller targets, but also because the lack of a stock means most people and their weak arms get tired after a while, and they support the gun against their body.

You wear clothes that you generally don’t care about. Even though the paint will wash out, it leaves a large grease mark. Try to wear something durable, like jeans. The least exposed skin, the better.

When you get shot, you are out, like dodge ball. It hurts a little the first time you get shot, but it is more fear of the unknown. Once you get shot, you get over the fear of it.
