Paint color for dining table?

I need to paint my dining table and chairs white. What type of paint should i purchase?

All purpose spray paint from home depot or lowes. Don't use can paint because the brushes will leave streaks. I just recently spray painted my wood dresser black and it looks great and the paint went on perfectly smooth. Cheers- Denise
