Paint colour for my room?

Question

well i'm painting my room and i've narrowed it down to either light green or lavender:

there's usually lots of sunlight in my room and most of the furniture in my room is white.

That lavender might be kind of dark once you have the whole room painted that color, maybe do a lighter lavender and then have an accent wall the darker color.  The same probably holds true for the green, although the dark lavender rooms I've seen have always been annoying whereas the dark green ones, not so much.

If you have to choose between these shades of green or lavender I would definitely choose the lavender.  I would maybe reconsider these shades.  I personally pick a color from the fabrics I plan to use in my rooms.  That works best for me.

i like the green. it will look best with a crown molding, baseboard molding and a dado rail for full classy effect.

there is a green room like that in the governor's palace in colonial williamsburg. itsa veddy nice!

those were my colors. that iw as gonna do. i ended up going with tan,. haha. depends on your style. and what kinda stuff you have. i would choose green but thats just me

Definitely lavender as your green is a bit vibrant and in your face...you could try a calmer green?

Both colors are beautiful.  I would paint the lavender and accent with the green and white.
