Paint golf balls?

I used to spray my golf ball with luminious paint, ie orange colour. this is to help me locate the golf balls easily. is it ok to do that? if not, why?

it is ok to do that, but if u hit it good u might get orange on your golf club. that happened to me once before.

You can do whatever you like with your golf balls. However I do not think that such a ball would be allowed in competition because it would not be listed as a make and model approved by the USGA.

Dont do i b/c it will change the weight of the golf ball and will mess up ur club face.

change it any one will eat it as a orange

you would be better off buying factory balls that are already orange.  Since your looking to paint yours to save money you might try used golf balls http://usedgolfballs.info
