Paintball Hopper Loader?

What is the best electrionic hopper for under $100 What should i get?

Halo/Reloader B or VLocity Jr are all $100 or less.  The Torque is as well but i have no personal experience with that one (it's pretty new).

And what the heck is a Questmatic? Never heard of that and a hopper that only feeds 12 bps max for $85 is a ripoff.  VL Revolutions & Empire Reloader II's feed that fast & are under $50.

Questmatic - has a product where you can control the amount of balls per second - from 1 per second up to 12.  And has a digital gauge that tells you how many are fired  It costs $85
