can u get a picture from a camera or computer on to a paint ball gun (ex:like flames on a car)

You're referring to 'Anodizing'. Here is a site that you can send your gun to, and they'll anno your gun for a price. Airbrushing isn't good enough, it will fade off or scrape off within a couple of months. Anodizing is very durable, and I'm 90% sure that site isn't gonna scam you.

You sure can, just visit your local store that sells paintball guns and ask them if they do airbrushing and if they don't they will probably recommend a store for you to go to and get your gun customly designed.
