Paintball remote coil w/ slide check, can you help me?

Question

I just got a Paint ball Rampage Designz Coil Remote With Slide Check and it dident come with directions, i dont know how to install it on my gun and and take it off my gun. It has a slide check and a quick disconnect. How do i put it on my gun? We tried and my dad touched something with the slide check and i sprayed every wear. How do install it on my gun? thanks.

I recommend against slide checks since they are unreliable (dirt on them will ruin the O-rings and cause them to easily leak).

Instead, I highly recommend using a on/off valve from Palmers:

Every time I've used a slide check, it has failed within a few hours of play but with the on/off valve, it has never failed and I've been using it for more than a year now.

There should be an adapter (short piece with quick release fitting), which screws into where you would normally s***w in your CO2 or HPA tank.

There should be a valve on the other end of the coil. This screws onto your tank, and you should have it snugged down to close the line, much like the gas k**b on a propane grill, then spin it on your full tank all the way.

Connect the quick disconnect end of the coil to your adapter, slowly spin the k**b to open the valve and feed air to your gun.

BE SURE TO SPIN THE k**b CLOSED at the valve, near the tank, BEFORE disconnecting...or you will still lose all of your air and chance getting smacked by the hose, when you quick disconnect from the gun adapter. OUCH!
