Okay.. so I am painting an upstairs entertainment room which is really a bedroom but is not being used for that so I have decided to make it a "hang out room" I don't want to re-use colors that I already have in other rooms.

Kitchen - Dark Brown

Living Room - Sage Green

Hallways - Light Yellow

Bedroom 1 - Light Tan with red accents

Bedroom 2 - pink with white and gold..

Bathroom Downstairs - greyish green and greyish purple

Bathroom Upstairs - white grey and silver

I don't know what color scheme I should use in the entertainment room.

I like modern and contemporary styles.

Websites would be cool!

thanks

  2. black is the best.

  3. i think dark colors are a must. i saw one that was titanic themed. may not bee exactly what you had in mind. i also saw some pretty cool stuff at 4seating.com

  4. play around with the Sherwin Williams color visualizer to find colors that you like. It is the best paint visualizer on the web, imho. I like how their color palette is laid out, I like that you can search by color family & color name, the "painted" rooms look the most realistic, and it suggests coordinating color schemes. You can literally spend hours:

I think it would look terrific to paint it a dark olive like "basque green" (# 6426). Accent with light blue or a rusty orange.

You can also take a photo of your house & upload it to the makeover gallery on this website:

You can get color suggestions & they'll photoshop them onto your room so that you can get an idea of what it will look like.
