Painting interior of car?

What sort of paint should i use to paint the plastic-like material on the dash etc. of the inside of my 98 saturn?

most paint manufacturers make paint suitable for this.  dupont has a vinyl paint, so does ppg.  just tell your jobber what you are painting and they can recommend the best system for you.

You can get vinyl spraypaint even at walmart.  It works great and doesn't chip off like regular spraypaint will.  Paint it outside though, cause that stuff smells insanely strong.
